Description |
The regional Cider Museum is in the so-called Maison du Grand Quartier, the sole surviving remnant of a 15th century building. It houses France's largest collection devoted to Normandy's yellow gold spread over 12 rooms in a remarkable example of a medieval building. The museum's objective is the preservation and display of a representative collection of artefacts related to cider production, from the harvesting of the apples to the drinking of the beverage. |
